Chocolate Snowman

I love how snow makes everything look lovely. And I like to just look at snow. From the comforts of my warm and toasty house. My poor kids. Ayla hasn't been out to play in the snow yet. Not because I don't want to take her but she doesn't have the right shoes. I looked everywhere for boots and nobody had them. And she really wanted to got outside and play.

So I did the one thing I knew would make her happy. I gave her hot chocolate. It was her first time having it and I don't think she came up for air. I think she drank it in one ginormous gulp.

6 more days until Christmas and we can hardly wait. All 3 Christmas trees are lit, the lights on the house are singing Joy to the World and all the presents are wrapped.

Now if the snow will stay it'll be perfect! This year will be special cause Steve's parents will be here to celebrate with us, it will be the first time they'll meet Holden. Not to mention it's his first Christmas. His thoughts...
