Masterpiece

When Steve and I moved I wanted our bedroom to have a different look. Something a little more romantic and fun and just a totally different look than we previously had. Before, our bedroom was plastered with photos of our kids and at the time it seemed like a good idea. Though I realized that it didn't help in the romance department. I would be staring at our beautiful babies while Steve was staring at me. Get my drift?

Time for change.

At Christmas my girlfriend Stacey gave us a beautiful painting she did. And it inspired my idea of what I wanted for our bedroom. So, about a month ago I commissioned her to create a special one-of-a-kind painting for me. We needed some ideas of a background and found these two images from a wine bottle. These were actual paintings done by Salvatore Principe's Heart
collection.

Pretty, Huh? So we set off to Michaels to purchase canvases and I decided that I wanted a three panel piece which Stacey had never done before. But she was eager and excited to do a panel piece and I was dying to see what she would create. In exchange I would watch her two kids while she works her magic. Not a bad trade off. After 2 weeks I finally got my very own piece of the most expensive art work that I own. And it's beautiful!

I love everything about this painting. From the bold colors to the embellishments to how the tree spreads across the panels. It's perfect!

I love the art work that Stacey did for you. I was wondering, if you could asked her to do a piece for me?
